As a new employee of Incremental our onboarding process will require us to take up an employment reference from your previous employers (either manager or HR).

Please complete the attached form to grant us permission to contact them for this information and send back to Paula.Dunlop@incrementalgroup.co.uk.

Disclosure Application

We require Incrementalists to get a Disclosure Scotland check irrespective of where you are based.

A basic disclosure is a criminal record check. You get a certificate showing any ‘unspent’ convictions you may have. Unspent means you need to declare them. You can claim back the cost by completing the expenses form on the easy access to links section and send to your People Manager on your first day.

Documentation Check

We require Incrementalists to prove that they have the right to work in the country which they are based.  To achieve this we use a 3rd party organisation called Veremark.  You will shortly receive an email from Veremark asking you to upload your documentation.
